Shipping policy

We ship all orders through Canada Post.

The processing time can take up to three days, and the delivery time can take up to nine days (national delivery).

The package is no longer our responsibility once it is in the hands of Canada Post.
There can be even longer delays during certain periods of the year, such as the holidays.
